Refund policy

 

We only accept returns of damaged products up to 3 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us directly through Instagram @qarouh with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. 

Due to the delicate nature of Swimming Shorts, we cannot accept returns of those items.
